Small Steps 4 Life
ContinYou is a partner with the Food Standards Agency in the Small Steps for Life Programme which aims to motivate younger people to take small steps that can help them in improving their health and wellbeing both in school and outside it. The programme encourages young people to set themselves challenges, relating to healthy eating, getting physically active and feeling good.
The programme was launched on the site of the 2012 Olympic Games by former Olympic gold medalist rower, James Cracknell, who is seen here with Jonathan Berry and Tony Apicella from ContinYou as well as all the other partners in the programme. More details about ContinYou’s role in the programme will appear on this page shortly. In the meantime if you require any further information about ContinYou’s role in the programme please email email@example.com.
